COMMEMORATIVE GIFTS

Contributions to Home On The Range in honor or in memory of an individual help ensure that our two facilities can continue to provide the very best care possible. We notify the honoree or next of kin regarding the gifts with an appropriate card, as well as sending the donor a receipt or card. Our thanks to those families who named HOTR as memorial recipient for their loved ones. Others wishing to direct funds to HOTR may do so by inserting the following in the obituary:  “The family requests memorial contributions be made to Home On The Range, 16351 I94, Sentinel Butte, ND 58654.”
